Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP)

A cured-in-place pipe is one of several trenchless/no-dig rehabilitation methods used to repair existing pipelines.  CIPP is a jointless, seamless, pipe-within-a-pipe with the ability to rehabilitate pipes ranging in diameter from 0.1 to over 2m.  We have all the latest technology available to carry out UV, LED, Steam and Ambient Cured Lining.

Our UV LED curing system can undertake sewer reinstatement of up 70m of 100mm to 300mm diameter liners in one go.  The curing times are vastly reduced and it will even negotiate 90 degree bends.

Patch Lining

Patch lining is a popular methods of lining repairs, ideal for isolate d areas of a drain.  No-dig patch lining provides a quick and cost-effective method of spot repair where an excavation may once have been required.  Patch repairs are ideal for repairing structural defects such as open leaking joint, voids, cracks etc.  We use UV and ambient curing methods with our Patch Lining.

High Pressure Water Jetting & Root Removal

High pressure jetting involves the use of high-pressure water streams to wash away the debris inside drainage and tanks.  Using a pressurised water stream, a strong force is created that’s effective in removing different types of materials inside the drain lines.  We have a number of attachments that can be used to remove obstructions including root removal to prevent extensive damage to a drainage system and can remove other debris found within the system.

CCTV Drainage Surveys

CCTV Surveys are carried out remotely from inside our CCTV Suite vehicle.  CCTV technology is the only way to examine drains, sewers and pipelines in detail.  We use state of the art camera and software technology to deliver drainage system inspections and surveys and comprehensive reports with the findings.

We use Push Rod and Mainline Cameras to undertake large and small sewer surveys.  We also use a 3D scanner which utilises revolutionary technology to enable us to identify gradients, depths, many defects and diameter changes in the sewer.

Drainage Excavations

Drainage excavations are often carried out where pipework requires replacing due to severe damage when other alternatives such as CIPP Lining or Patching is not possible.  They are also required to install entirely new drainage or to divert existing drainage that may need rerouting.  Gullies connect to drainage pipes beneath the ground surface and may need replacing if they become dysfunctional.  Where deep excavation is required to facilitate the drainage system.  Support for deep trenches is required in the shape of strutting or shoring.

Robotic Cutting

We have a number of Robotic Lateral Cutters to enable us to remove any obstructions found in the various diameter drainage systems.

IMS - IMS Micro Drive 2 (150 – 400mm diameter) and Micro Comfort (up to 225mm diameter).  These robotic machines use a pneumatic diamond cutting head to open up any pipe connections after the CIPP Lining curing process is complete.  A joystick can remotely carry out cutting from inside the CCTV Suite vehicle after the cutter has been placed in the manhole, open excavation etc.  The cutter is also able to remove any sharp pipe, protruding pipe or uneven edges in the most hard-to-reach places, especially if the only access is via a main sewer.

Picote - The Maxi Miller.  The durable multi-purpose machine.  The Maxi Miller is designed for drain cleaning, root clearing, lateral reinstatements, collapsed liner removal and more.  The Picote Maxi Miller is a powerful, multi-functional and very durable machine.

Pump & Sump Installations

A sump pump is a pump used to remove water that has accumulated, commonly found in the basements of homes.  The water may enter via the perimeter drains of a basement waterproofing system or because of rain or natural ground water, if the basement is below the water table level.  We can install a Sump and Pump system into a home to remove the water and prevent water damage.
